Cory Goodrich

Lawyer

Cory became a lawyer in 2008 after graduating from law school at UBC. Since then he’s worked at our Summerland location and also services our Penticton office.

Cory has experience with general estate planning such as wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. He also assists clients with end-of-life estate administration, such as applications for a grant of probate and with general corporate matters, including the purchase or sale of a business. He welcomes clients who are buying, selling, or refinancing a home or require a family law attorney. Cory has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia but also has the experience to offer practical solutions outside the courtroom.

Cory is active in the local community, including in his role as the supervising lawyer for both the poverty law advocate and family law advocate at the Penticton and Area Access Society. This clinic offers legal advocacy to low-income residents in South Okanagan.

Outside of work, you might find Cory snowboarding or hiking in the hills or on the big screen at a Seahawks game. His latest interest is finding remote rustic cabin getaways where cell reception is unavailable.
